We will investigate the issue and, if validated, issue a refund or provide a replacement order.

  3. Late Deliveries:

    We strive to deliver your orders promptly. In case of a significantly delayed delivery due to our fault, you may be eligible for a refund or credit for your next order.

  4. Payment Issues:

    If you encounter payment-related problems during the checkout process, and your payment is deducted without a successful order placement, please contact us immediately. We will ensure that your payment is refunded promptly.

Refund Processing Time

Refunds will be processed as follows:

  • Credit/Debit Card Payments: Refunds will be credited back to your card within 3-5 business days, depending on your bank's processing time.
  • Mobile Wallet Payments: Refunds will be returned to your mobile wallet account within 1 business days.

No Refund/Cancellation
